Ischia Wine, Biancolella
Grape production areas: Interessa i versanti da Ovest a Est di Ischia. Le uve provengono da piccole proprietà di abituali conferenti uve di Casa D’Ambra.
Grape composition: 85% Biancolella, 15%. Forastera, San Lunardo and Uva Rilla. Production technique: Traditional white vinification with cold decantation and thermally-controlled fermentation phase, storing and bottling. The grape-wine yield is 55 litres. Enologist: Andrea D’Ambra Colour: Straw yellow colour. Bouquet: Fruity and flowery bouquet. Palate: Dry, full-bodied, delicate palate with a slight almond aftertaste. Alcoholic gradation: 12% Vol.
